About this role

The Client Relationship Manager supports the Korea market by managing direct Korean clients and assisting Key Account Managers with day-to-day servicing, onboarding, and operational coordination. This role focuses on improving client engagement, supporting activation and retention, and reducing the operational workload on KAMs to allow them to focus on high-value activities. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients and partners receive timely, accurate, and compliant support.
