Client Response Team Operator

The Client Response Team Operator serves as the primary contact for maintenance requests and client service queries, coordinating jobs and working with internal teams and contractors to ensure efficient progress and accurate logging. This role handles both reactive and proactive repair needs for a wide range of clients across the UK, managing urgent works and tracking job progress. The position requires meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs while building strong relationships internally and externally to improve the client experience.
