Site-Based AC Engineer

The Site-Based AC Engineer is a full-time, electrically biased resident role permanently based in London, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of building services. The position involves delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor remedial works while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The engineer will maintain site logbooks, manage equipment calibration, and liaise with clients and internal teams to meet contractual SLAs and KPIs.
