Client Services Associate

Collectors is hiring a Client Services Associate to support customers submitting collectibles for grading and authentication services across brands like PSA and PCGS. The role is customer-facing and based out of the Jersey City, NJ office, with significant travel to events and shows. The associate will help guide customers through in-person submission and pickup experiences while serving as a key point of contact for service-related questions.
