Client Services Manager - 12 month FTC

The Client Services Manager oversees service setup, transition, and day-to-day management of contracted services to meet client requirements and SLAs. This role serves as the single point of contact for service delivery escalations, ensuring alignment with customer IT/IS business strategies and maximizing satisfaction. The position involves managing customer relationships, producing performance reports, and driving service improvements. It also includes identifying new revenue opportunities and managing risks to mitigate service credit liabilities.
