Client Services Team Lead

Client Servicing Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of client servicing professionals to maximize employee engagement and build a culture of teamwork, collaboration, continuous improvement, empowerment, and accountability. They provide guidance, support, and coaching, contribute to strategic planning, hiring, team structure, and succession planning, and act as a primary escalation point for client issues. The role partners with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization, operational excellence, and maintain strong client relationships for daily client success.
