Clinical Access Case Manager

The Clinical Access Case Manager supports efficient patient flow and capacity management by coordinating timely patient placement from various entry points, including the emergency department and transferring facilities. This role involves collaborating with providers and resource nurses to determine admission appropriateness, conducting utilization reviews, and managing the appeals process. The position requires a current New Mexico RN license and at least three years of acute care experience.
