Clinical Assessment Specialist

This role involves making clinical determinations of mental status and risk for individuals presenting to the Crisis Residential Facility or Residential Center. The specialist is responsible for conducting screenings, assessments, and discharge planning while providing crisis de-escalation and therapeutic activities. The position also includes collaborating with licensed providers for involuntary assessments and assisting patients with outpatient referrals and community resources.
