Clinical Coder

The Clinical Coder is responsible for performing and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of patient record coding while serving as an educator and subject matter expert. This role investigates and resolves coding-related issues, leads process improvement efforts, and communicates with providers to ensure complete documentation. The position also involves educating healthcare staff on coding policies and resolving billing and coding inquiries to enhance the patient experience.
