Clinical Dietitian

The Clinical Dietitian independently plans, develops, and directs nutritional care activities for patients with complex medical and nutritional needs in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role supports the organization's mission by coordinating nutritional care with healthcare providers, patients, families, and the community. The position involves conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments, developing individualized medical nutrition therapy plans, and providing patient education and counseling. The role also includes collaborating with food service staff and utilizing telenutrition technology to improve access to care.
