The PRN Clinical Documentation Specialist improves the accuracy and completeness of patient medical records to ensure appropriate severity of illness, risk of mortality and compliant reimbursement. The role partners with physicians, coding teams and CDI leadership to support clinical documentation improvement across the hospital.

- Registered Nurse (Single State or Multi-State Compact)
- Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (Preferred)
