Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS)

St. Francis Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Lab Scientist to perform waived, moderate, and highly complex laboratory tests in various disciplines including Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Microbiology. The role requires adherence to strict quality control policies, accurate documentation of patient results, and the ability to troubleshoot testing issues. The position may also involve venipuncture, instrument maintenance, and acting as a Lead Tech in the absence of a supervisor.
