Clinical Laboratory Manager

This role provides day-to-day and strategic leadership for two high-volume ambulatory laboratory sites in Weymouth and South Weymouth, guiding a dedicated team of approximately 11 staff members. The Clinical Laboratory Manager ensures operational excellence, optimizes workflows, and maintains compliance with CLIA/CAP regulations to support high-quality diagnostic services for patients and clinicians. The position requires a hands-on leader to drive continuous improvement, manage staffing, and partner with system-level laboratory leadership.
