The Clinical Nurse Practice Specialist (CNPS) is a masters-prepared registered nurse with advanced clinical expertise who supports delivery of safe, age-appropriate, and culturally aware care across one or more patient populations or service lines. The CNPS serves as a system-level resource promoting evidence-based practice, nursing scholarship, and performance improvement to advance nursing science and patient outcomes. This role is part of the System Center for Nursing Excellence and partners with service line and executive leaders to support system-wide standards and clinical integration.
