The RN Clinical Nurse Practice Specialist (CNPS) is an advanced practice nurse who serves as a clinical expert, educator, and consultant supporting obstetrics at Elmhurst Hospital within the Endeavor Health system. This part-time role applies advanced assessment and evidence-based knowledge across the system to improve patient outcomes, nursing practice, and organizational processes. The CNPS also partners with clinical and academic teams to design and deliver nursing education and promote professional development.
