The Hospice Program Director at Tufts Medicine Care at Home leads program management for community and hospice house services across the Merrimack Valley, northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Reporting to the Vice President/Chief Clinical Officer, the role is focused on overall program performance, financial outcomes, and patient experience. The position supports delivery of home health and hospice care for infants, children, and adults across a broad multi-city service area.
