Clinical Operations Lead

This role leads the operational execution of Noah Labs' US clinical program, including the FDA pivotal trial and a randomized pragmatic trial, while overseeing European MDR investigations. The position involves building the clinical function from the ground up without a full-service CRO, managing sites directly, and coordinating with academic partners and specialist vendors. The successful candidate will work closely with the CMedO and senior stakeholders to drive trial start-up, enrollment, and inspection readiness.
