Clinical Operations Lead

Noah Labs is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to own the operational execution of US and EU clinical programs, including an FDA pivotal trial and European MDR investigations. The role involves leading trial start-up, driving enrollment, managing monitoring strategies, and ensuring audit readiness while building the clinical function without a full-service CRO. This position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer and requires close collaboration with academic partners, investigators, and regulatory teams.
