Clinical Risk Manager

The Clinical Risk Manager reviews, investigates, and prioritizes clinical and organizational events to reduce patient safety incidents and collaborates with Claims Management to identify potential liability claims. This role works with Performance Improvement and Operational Leaders to analyze quality trends, engage leaders in evidence-based practices, and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate patient safety events. The position also involves managing peer review processes, coordinating communication of preventable outcomes, and providing education on risk management and patient safety.
