Clinical Services Oversight

This role provides oversight and coordination of clinical services within residential and day program settings, partnering with program leadership to develop evidence-based behavioral supports. The position focuses on enhancing quality of life, promoting independence, and strengthening staff capacity through trauma-informed care and positive behavioral supports. The incumbent ensures compliance with regulations, conducts functional behavioral assessments, and provides staff training and coaching.
