Positive Support Specialist

Positive Support Specialists provide person‑centered assistance to individuals with intensive medical, behavioral, and mental health needs in the ICRS program. They help clients develop independence in daily living skills, advocate for their rights, and manage crisis situations safely, including the use of manual restraints when trained. The role involves thorough documentation and the delivery of trauma‑informed care both in home and community settings.
