Clinical Social Worker I/II (CSW)

The Clinical Social Worker I/II provides comprehensive psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling services to high-risk populations, including adults with severe mental illness who are dually diagnosed and unhoused. The role involves intensive case management, CARE Court support, and Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) within the Citywide Stabilization Program. The incumbent collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to develop treatment strategies and facilitate linkages to community resources.
