Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides psychosocial assessment, individual and group treatment, family therapy, and discharge planning to patients and their families within a recovery-oriented framework. The role involves serving as a primary contact for patient education, consulting on psychosocial aspects of human behavior, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance aftercare plans. The incumbent also participates on committees and may be assigned other duties as required.
