Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the clinical integrity of services provided to youth and families while supporting staff development and high fidelity system alignment. This licensed practitioner supervises and mentors Associate Clinicians, provides clinical consultation, and ensures Wraparound services adhere to federal and state regulatory standards. The role fosters interagency collaboration and contributes to organizational capacity-building through training, reflective supervision, and quality improvement efforts.
