Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants within the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This role serves as the primary liaison between the Medical Director and Providers, ensuring consistent clinical practice, effective communication, quality care, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position involves direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of Providers while maintaining a reduced panel of PACE participants.
