Clinical Value Analysis Manager

The Clinical Value Analysis Manager leads and develops the Clinical Value Analysis Specialists, overseeing the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the CVA program across UTMB. This role serves as the primary operational and strategic leader for value analysis, coordinating with Category Management, Contracting, Procurement, and clinical leadership to ensure evidence-based, financially sound product and technology decisions. The position owns the CVA governance structure, standards, and metrics, acting as a key liaison to physicians and executive leaders for system-wide product evaluation and vendor standardization.
