Clinical Value Analysis Specialist

The Clinical Value Analysis Specialist serves as the primary analytical and operational support resource for the Clinical Value Analysis (CVA) program, working under the direction of the Clinical Value Analysis Manager and in close collaboration with assigned Clinical Category Manager(s). This role is responsible for data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support evidence-based product evaluation and standardization decisions, coordination of product trials and new item requests, and execution of VA workflows to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. The Specialist provides analytical rigor and process discipline to enable Category Managers and clinical committees to make data-driven decisions that reduce the total cost of care, improve patient safety, and optimize clinical outcomes.
