Clinical Workforce Partner

This role serves as a critical member of the division operations team, enabling an effective employee life cycle for clinical and operational medical professionals. The Clinical Workforce Partner manages recruitment logistics, interviews, and onboarding for physician hires while acting as a strategic advisor to operational leaders on employee relations and compliance. They facilitate credentialing processes and serve as a liaison between new physicians, HR departments, and external stakeholders.
