Clinician II

Washington County Mental Health Services is seeking a Mental Health Crisis Specialist to provide community-based crisis intervention in partnership with the Vermont State Police. This full-time role supports individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises through compassionate, trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and timely connections to appropriate services. The position involves working alongside Troopers at the Berlin and South Royalton Stations to help individuals navigate difficult situations and connect with ongoing treatment and community resources.
