Educational Instructor I

The Lead Academic Interventionist provides academic instruction, classroom support, and enrichment activities for elementary-aged students with significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Working in collaboration with the BDP Special Educator, this position supports students' educational development while maintaining a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment. The role involves assisting with academic programming, classroom organization, behavioral support, and individualized and group learning activities. It also contributes to students' social and emotional development through consistent implementation of behavioral and crisis plans.
