Cloud & Infrastructure Support Engineer

This role involves providing technical project work and third-line support for the IT infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud-hosted environments. The position requires ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of infrastructure services within an ITIL framework to ensure agreed SLAs are met. The successful candidate will contribute to infrastructure projects and represent the function at a group level.
