The Clubhouse Program Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations and programming of an assigned department at the Excelsior Clubhouse, serving as a key mentor and role model for youth. This part-time position involves designing and facilitating engaging, age-appropriate activities while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for groups of young people.
