Cluster Groups & Events Manager

The Cluster Groups & Events Manager leads and drives the Groups & Events business across cluster hotels, ensuring revenue targets, client satisfaction, and operational excellence are achieved. This role manages the complete sales and planning cycle for corporate groups, conferences, and social events while proactively developing business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. The position also involves overseeing the Groups & Events Executive(s) to ensure smooth coordination and successful event execution from enquiry through post-event follow-up.
