Property Improvement Plan Manager

This role manages the Property Improvement Plans (PIP) process and documentation for all IHG brands, overseeing a team of Renovation Managers across the Americas. The position involves deploying PIP processes, consulting on construction and property improvements, and ensuring franchisee compliance with brand standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring renovation milestones, preparing reports, and enforcing standards as the first level of appeal above Renovation Managers.
