Provides daily supportive and functional care to residents in a compassionate, person-centered environment, following established community care procedures and direction from nursing leadership. Works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote resident dignity, independence, and involvement in their own care. Positions may require flexibility in hours including weekends and holidays.
