About this role
Mercy College of Health Sciences' CNA Training Program is a paid, 3-week training that prepares participants for a Patient Care Technician (PCT) role with MercyOne. The program combines classroom and lab instruction with a week of clinical experience and has program costs covered by MercyOne in exchange for a one-year work commitment. Classes run Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., and successful completion guarantees a full-time PCT position.
