Co-Occurring Counselor

The Co-Occurring Counselor provides outreach, case management, and therapeutic support to tenants with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders to maintain housing stability and improve quality of life. This full-time role involves conducting clinical assessments, delivering individual psychotherapy, and coordinating community resources across various settings including client homes and shelters.
