COAT Substance Use Disorder Counselor

The COAT Substance Use Disorder Counselor provides outreach, engagement, and intensive case management to adults with serious mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders diverted from criminal prosecution. This role utilizes a modified Assertive Community Treatment approach to deliver specialized services across Seattle and King County, including on the streets, in shelters, and in healthcare facilities. The position aims to prevent re-incarceration by facilitating linkages to collaborative resources and maintaining continuity of care.
