This role supports the Operations team in the brewing department by monitoring performance and driving operational excellence initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. The position offers hands-on experience in brewery operations, equipment performance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams. It is a 6-month program running from January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027, located fully on-site at the Cincinnati Brewery.
