About this role
The Coach at the National Center for Child Welfare Excellence (Silberman School of Social Work) will support a partnership with NYC Administration for Children Services to strengthen transfer of learning for child welfare staff. The role focuses on integrating a coaching approach into supervisory practice within the Division of Child Protection to support professional development and improve practice related to Motivational Interviewing. This is an on-site position based at ACS DCP offices in New York City.
