Coach

Mansfield Hall is seeking a Coach to support neurodivergent college students in developing independent living skills, academic success, and social-emotional growth through daily, in-the-moment guidance. The role involves individualized coaching, tracking student progress, and collaborating with families, campus partners, and internal staff to foster student independence. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage direct reports and facilitate student development in a dynamic residential learning community.
