FT Coach

Mansfield Hall is seeking a FT Coach to support neurodivergent college students in a living and learning community focused on independent living skills, academic success, and social-emotional growth. The role involves daily, in-the-moment coaching to help students develop executive functioning, personal responsibility, and life skills through individual and group sessions. This position requires building professional relationships and maintaining clear boundaries while fostering student confidence and skill-building.
