Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) – Case Manager

Telecare is seeking a Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to work as a Case Manager in a community-based behavioral health program. This full-time role involves providing substance use counseling, education, and case management to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use challenges. The position requires meeting members in their homes and throughout the community to support their recovery, housing, healthcare, and daily living needs using a harm-reduction approach.
