Code Enforcement Constable

This role involves conducting investigations to ensure compliance with County codes and ordinances, prosecuting violators in Magistrate Court, and testifying in higher courts when necessary. The position requires maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders while ensuring the highest quality of public service. Employees are appointed as Code Enforcement Constables to make enforcement actions legally effective under State law.
