Code Enforcement Supervisor

This position supervises and directs the day-to-day operations of code enforcement personnel while conducting field inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with Village Code of Ordinances and State minimum housing standards. The role involves preparing schedules, issuing violation notices, and representing the Village at board meetings and public hearings. It requires strong communication skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment in a civilian capacity.
