Water Treatment Plant Supervisor

This role involves supervising the safe and effective operation of the Village's Water Treatment Plants, overseeing a staff of 8-10 employees, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the water production and distribution system. The position requires managing staff performance, maintaining chemical balances, and ensuring adequate water supply while adhering to safety programs. The incumbent reports to the Water & Sewer Superintendent and is responsible for equipment maintenance and budget recommendations.
