Coding Coordinator

The Coding Coordinator assists the coding supervisor as the primary resource for team inquiries, coordinating training and onboarding for new hires, and maintaining accessible team resources. This role involves planning and delivering training, serving as the first point of contact for team questions, and troubleshooting encounter lists. The position also includes assisting with coding and charge entry for half of the work time.
