Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate - Palliative Care

This part-time, per diem role involves providing consultative and follow-up palliative care to patients and families in outpatient, home, and facility settings. The position requires collaboration with the Hospice and Palliative Care teams to manage continuity of care and serve as a resource for treatment goals and end-of-life care. The ideal candidate holds a Maine NP or PA license, DEA registration, and prior experience in palliative care.
