Cold Kitchen Chef

This role oversees and prepares all cold kitchen food production, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards. The position supports the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations while supervising Commis Chefs to maintain consistent dish preparation. Responsibilities include managing food stock, minimizing waste, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
