Collections Manager

The Collections Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the end-to-end collections strategy and daily operations, ensuring that delinquency and recovery performance targets are met. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Credit, and Compliance, to optimize collections processes, track key performance metrics, and maintain compliance with regulations. The Collections Manager will also manage the performance of internal teams and external partners, leveraging data insights to drive strategy improvements and operational efficiency.
